Hello! My name is Shakera Robinson, owner and founder of Fit Bodied By Pearl LLC. I am a 40 year old, mother of 5. My children's ages range from 23-3 yr old. I currently live in Bossier City, LA. I am a NASM Certified Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I started my fitness journey 9 years ago. I had just turned 31 and I weighed more than what I had ever weighed in my entire life. I lacked energy and felt out of shape. I also had the worst eating habits. We all know working out means nothing if your not providing your body with the right nutrients which you get from the food you eat on a day to day basis. I worked out about 3 days a week but struggled to stay focused. I finally became serious about fitness after the birth of my last child at 35. Thats when I decided that working out was more than a hobby for me. I wanted to make it a career. I have developed a real love for health and fitness over the years. I would love to share my knowledge of fitness, workouts, healthy meal ideas and snack tips. It is my goal to help you find the right workout program that aligns with your fitness goals.
