Welcome to my lifestyle motivation virtual sessions. These 1-hour sessions are a more customized 1 on 1 journey. I am here to help you with your personal needs. Please be specific with your needs in your assessment form. We will have 1 hour to discuss exactly what you are hiring me to discuss.

In this session:

-You will receive 1 on 1 virtual consultation based on what you provide me with on your registration form. Please be thorough and completely honest when filling out this form. 

-You will receive unbiased reflection and suggestion

-The opportunity to be heard so that we can move forward

Now let's be clear. I am a happiness enthusiast. I facilitate breaking generational curses and trauma by helping women become present and future-driven women. I am not a therapist. Your journey with me will be focused on getting beyond the hurt and trauma. 

My ideal client:

Someone that has gone through their emotions in therapy and is prepared to move forward. If at any point I feel as though I can not serve you best. You will be advised that you must seek therapy before continuing any other sessions with me. If you are ready to learn new tools to help you let go of your past and focus more on ways to become a much better and more productive you. Let's Go!
