2/22/22 Yoga On The Mat w/ Julie
Enjoy this 60 minute recorded class. This yoga class concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. We will use bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation (dyana) with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. These yoga postures also stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility. This class requires participants to get up and down from the floor several time during the class. This class is challenging however it is also designed to challenge the experienced yoga participants. If you are new to yoga, the instructor will introduce the basics of yoga at a pace that is not overwhelming, and in an environment that is safe and encouraging.
